President Obama’s energy policies have been bad for the country. They have caused gasoline prices to double since he became President, he blocked the Keystone pipeline, and he supported new regulations that make it more difficult and expensive to produce domestic energy like oil nad coal.





The minority position is that President Obama’s energy policies have been good for the country. He has increased domestic oil production, while steering the country toward greater reliance on renewable sources of energy like solar and wind to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.
