We should allow people to buy health insurance across state lines just like they do for car, home, and life insurance, because that will increase competition, bring down prices and result in more insured people.





The minority position is that we should not allow people to buy health insurance across state lines, because some people would buy the cheapest policy with the worst coverage, and end up with inadequate health insurance.
